Engagement Model

Consulting based engagement model for 18-24 months
First six months comprised of a Digital Forge Apprenticeship program to build critical resource training and skills needed to acclimate to the commercial environment (e.g., Agile, project management, requirements gathering, technical writing/communication, etc.)
After six months ongoing career development support (additional ServiceNow training as needed, leadership, professional networking, etc.)
Rates discounted by 30% and start and down by 10% increments over initial engagement period (18-24 months)
Option for clients to hire after end of engagement period
Available through direct contracts with Digital Forge or guided through other contract vehicles as desired
